Instruction for Authors

APCJ invites papers dealing with information and communication technologies (ICT) and their integration into education and training, particularly in the Asia-Pacific regions.

Specific topics of interest include:
● research on and innovations in teaching and learning with technology
● international education in local or international environment
● distance learning with radio, television and other communications media
● international collaboration through online learning/e-learning
● administration and evaluation of education programs using media and technology
● policy frameworks and analysis for educational reform
● future planning by governmental agencies
● education-industry partnerships
● other topics related to teaching and learning in international education


Submission of Articles

1. Article submissions are usually from 2,000 to 5,000 words in length. Articles of greater length are published when the topic and treatment merit it.

2. All manuscripts must be written in English. Both American and British English are acceptable.

3. Authors should use the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th edition) for reference and citations format. Articles should include a complete list of references at the end of the article.

4. Please include an abstract of 200-300 words.

5. An electronic title/cover sheet should be included with each submission. This cover sheet must include the following information: a) title of the paper, b) name and title for all authors, c) brief biography for each author and d) email address and any other relevant contact information for the first author. No other identifying information should be contained within the manuscript.

6. No manuscript which has already been published will be accepted unless the author holds the copyright. Manuscripts should be sent only to one journal at a time.

7. Manuscripts should be sent as a rich text file or as a Microsoft Word file. Alternative formats will be considered upon request. Papers should be submitted via e-mail only.

8. Graphics: Where relevant, include separate files for photos, line illustrations, charts as email attachments. GIF or .JPG files are preferred.

9. Copyright Clearance: If you include materials that require copyright clearance or permissions, please provide contact and e-mail address.

An interdisciplinary panel with expertise in various aspects of collaborative education reviews all submissions.

All articles remain the intellectual property of the individual. The presentation is copyrighted by APCJ unless separately acknowledged. Permission to copy or disseminate this article is granted if the following conditions are met:
● Copies are not made or distributed for commercial advantages.
● APCJ, volume, number, date and original source for republished articles are acknowledged.
● APCJ is notified if you provide a link to articles or the APCJ website.
